For Bill Steen, the best part of his job is listening to customer challenges and developing solutions. After spending more than 20 years on the broker side of the horticulture business, he recognized the importance of plant tags at retail. Joining the MasterTag sales team felt like a natural next step in his career when it was time to make a change. On the job, Bill works closely with the sales team to provide solutions that help their customers products sell and stand out. Outside of work, he enjoys watching Snow Fountain Weeping Cherry trees bloom and spending time with his family.
